What to do if you need to change password or forget your password?

If you forget your password you won’t be able to access eduMail or other secure Departmental systems or sites.

The simplest method to reset your password is to do it online. You will be provided with a temporary password which you must immediately change, in the Change Password screen.

Resetting your password online

1. To change your password online click on the Change my Password link.
2. Click in the Password field and type your password. If you have just reset your forgotten password, you must wait 24 hours before you can changed your password.
3. Click in the New Password field and type a new password.
4. Click in the Confirm Password field and type your new password again. Make sure the new password is the same in both fields.
5. Click Change Password and a message appears telling you if your password was successfully changed.
