Use these steps to setup your voice mailbox greeting messages:
- Start by pressing the Voice Mail button from any available phone handset near where you work.
- Now when prompted enter your Extension number and PIN to login to your voice mailbox.
- Press 0 to enter the voice mail options menu.
- Now follow the prompts to either record your name, busy or unavailable messages.
