How to change your voice mail PIN

Use this guide to change your voice mail PIN to access the voice mail system.

First login into the Self-Service User Portal with your TC account details.
Click the Telephones > Edit Extension Settings from the menu on the left. (If you don't see this option in the menu; contact I.T services to check your phone extension has been allocated correctly).
Now click on the Voice Mail tab in the main section on the screen.
Enter a new 4-digit PIN into the box, your current PIN should be displayed in the box; typing a new PIN and clicking Save will change the PIN in the phone system for you. Click the blue Save all changes button to update the phone system with your new preferences. This will take effect within 2-3 mins on making the change.
