Frequently Asked Question

This article explains the steps to obtain an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and linking this to your @education.vic.gov.au user account (eduPaSS Account).

Please make sure you are connected to the school Wi-Fi or our VPN if accessing from home before attempting this process:

1. Click on the EduSTAR Virtual Assistant tab inside our Staff @ TC > General Channel via Microsoft Teams or click this link: https://apps.edustar.vic.edu.au/chat
    
   
   
2. When prompted, sign-in using your @Education address e.g. firstname.lastname@education.vic.gov.au and EduMail password.
   
3. In the chat box on the eduSTAR Virtual Assistant type the chat message "adobe license" and the virtual bot will allocate your account a license in the background.
   
    
   
4. Wait 20-30mins and then open up an Adobe app installed on your computer (e.g. Acrobat Pro) and when prompted to activate the software proceed to sign-in using your @education.vic.gov.au email address and EduMail password again. This will trigger the activation process and the software should now be activated and fully licensed.
